"The newest of Chablis's three Dauvissat domaines, the Domaine Agnès & Didier Dauvissat was founded in 1987. Farming is conventional, but the soils are worked. Most of the grapes are machine harvested, followed by vinification almost entirely in stainless steel at between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. Based on the 2017 Chablis reviewed here, this is a good source of classically styled Chablis, and I'm looking forward to visiting in the future."

Om Domaine Agnès et Didier Dauvissat
Agnes og Didier Dauvissats vingård er beliggende i den smukke landsby Beine, nær Chablis. Parret købte jorden i 1986 og tilplantede den med Chardonnay vinstokke, og selve vingården grundlagdes i 1987.
De ti hektar vinmarker man råder over er placeret på Chablis bedste skråninger. Stokkenes ydeevne overvåges tæt, så man sikrer den bedste kvalitet i druerne, og at vinene er lavet i respekt for miljøet. Deres Chablis kommer fra et område på 4,5 ha med vinstokke på 26 år, hvorfra der årligt laves ca. 11.000 flasker.
