"Would I buy the 2005s? Well, if I had the money I would have no hesitation cellaring them for my children when most of them will be at their peak. I sincerely hope that consumers can resist temptation and keep them bunkered down for at least 12-15 years after all the months and the years tend to roll past quickly. Perhaps by then I will still be driving up the A12 for the annual Southwold tasting and perhaps a L’Eglise-Clinet or a Latour will be proffered over evening dinner? Then again, maybe none of us will be able to afford them…" Niel Martin (The Wine Advocate)
